In the summer of 2008, my cousin and I visited Alaska. Being school teachers, we decided to take the whole summer and have the "Alaskan Adventure." We flew into Anchorage from Texas, the day school was out, bought a car and drove to Seward. We ran across this establishment where the owner allowed us to work at the Inn in return for housing. When the summer was over, she asked me if I wanted to stay all winter to watch over the Inn. Without hesitation, I said "Yes!" I resigned my teaching position in Texas and a few days before school started, flew home, packed my bags and started my journey to Alaska. After a few months, the owners offered to sell the Inn to me and I gladly accepted their offer! I have had the adventure of a life time living in Alaska. I have done almost everything the Kenai Peninsula has to offer. Alaska is such an amazing place and Seward has almost everything Alaska has to offer! I aim to make your trip to the Nauti Otter Inn an unforgettable experience. Alaska captured my heart and I hope it will capture yours too!
