Willow Barn Ranch

11 sites ¡ Lodging, RVs, Tents25 acres ¡ Wapato, WA
This small 25-acre ranch is just in the early stages of development. We are repairing fences and watering. I just added solar power. The property has a 1200 foot grass runway with an airplane hangar, so you could fly it if you have a STOHL airplane. The irrigation pond/pond yard area is currently available for camping. Many wineries and outdoor activities available in the area. Children can help feed or water the pigs and perhaps the chickens. We offer 5 campsites as well as an in-ground greenhouse as listings. Guests love staying with us: "The pond at Willow Barn Ranch was picturesque. Show us around the property. It's very quiet and peaceful, and you can tell you take good care of your land. Wide open spaces, but each site seems to have its own privacy Just outside of Yakima,

Cottonwood Country Camp

8 sites ¡ RVs2 acres ¡ Summitview, WA
Rural farm camp in Yakima's west valley. This relaxed campsite is bordered by fruit orchards and farms on a very quiet dead end road. Over two acres of field grass surrounding by rolling hills with views of farms, cows, horses, and the eastern foothills of the Cascade mountains. There is a 1/2 acre pond on the camp property with frogs, turtles, wild birds and wild ducks and geese drop in all the time. Very quiet and peaceful out here, the frogs will sing you to sleep and that's about the only sound you will hear. There is power and water hooks up at 2 of 3 camp sites. Two large and level RV spots are graveled and can accommodate your 5th wheel, diesel pusher, trailer or toy hauler. The third RV/camp spot is grass but also large and level. This grass spot is dry camping but water is available from nearby spigot and a generator is also available for rent at $20/night. Forgot your wood? No problem, firewood is always available $ 5.00/bundle. There are fire rings at each site for your use (unless burn ban in effect) Camp host always has plenty of S'mores supplies (complimentary of course) for that campfire treat. :) Visit our hen house! We have laying hens with fresh eggs daily for your breakfast. Bring the kids, wooden play structure and swing set are ready for family fun. Plenty of fun activities are only a short drive from the campsite! For a detailed list of everything Yakima has to offer go here www.visityakima.com Easy access to nearby award winning wineries and craft breweries. Check out the map and guide to local wineries and breweries at the link below https://www.yakimavalleytourism.com/travel-maps/yakima-valley-wineries-map-web.pdf Yakima's local fresh fruit is always available in summer. For a list of whats ripe and being harvested locally check out the link below. https://www.visityakima.com/yakima-valley-produce-schedule.asp Lots of water sports in the area with river and lake fishing, and swimming. Yakima is well know for the amazing fly fishing throughout the region. For current fly fishing conditions check out the report from Red's Fly Fly Shop at the link below https://redsflyfishing.com/blogs/yakima-river-fishing-report/yakima-river-report Kayaking, paddle boarding, river rafting, and jet skiing all easy drive from this camp. Own a boat or jet ski? bring it, plenty of space to park your boat and watercraft trailer. If you are into quads, motorcycle riding or 4x4 off-roading this place is perfect. There are forest service roads and trail riding nearby. Jeep and off road groups come from all over the state to ride in the foothills, just 30 minutes away. Winter time campers are welcome too! Winter access is easy, county road to entrance of Hipcamp is plowed by county road crews and as host I have tractor 🚜 to plow the camp area prior to your arrival. Snowmobiles are welcome in winter and you get a reduced nightly rate. Ride and play in the snow around the camp property or drive 20 minutes to foothills with trails and forestry roads open to sleds. Bring the whole group, plenty of room on this property for as many as 20 rigs and trailers.

Romantic Forest Hide-a-Way

2 sites ¡ Lodging40 acres ¡ White Salmon, WA
Largely constructed from materials lovingly and gently harvested on-site, the Yurt at Rivendell is a sanctuary of peace and serenity. A place for rejuvenation and inspiration. The yurt began as a rustic structure utilizing lumber from trees selectively harvested to protect the health of the forest. But, the more Roy worked on the Yurt the more it spoke to him letting him know how to proceed and what it should become -- resulting in this phenomenally peaceful and stress-free wilderness sanctuary where the sun, the moon and the stars wink at you through the gentle undulations of the 100-year-old Douglas Firs Trees or through the ambient ether of the adjoining meadows. Our property is located 1hr and 30 minutes from Mt Hood in Oregon. We are located in White Salmon, Washington. There are enough things to do in White Salmon, including hiking trails, biking trails, white water rafting, waterfalls, and paddling spots to keep you entertained for a weekend, week, or lifetime! NOTE: While we do accept Instant Bookings for both our Tree House and Yurt there may very rarely be a conflict with a booking received earlier from another site when the HipCamp calendar has not been updated to reflect that booking. In that case, we default to the earliest booking and work with the guest to see if there are other dates which will work.

1 site ¡ RV1 acre ¡ Packwood, WA
You've found the best RV parking in Packwood, Washington at the base of Mt Rainier. The property is located at the dead end of a road with a large, paved cul de sac for easy turning . You'll be centrally located to the best of what the Pacific Northwest has to offer: Mt. Rainier National Park (12 miles to the Stevens Canyon entrance and 28 miles to the Nisqually entrance in the summer....longer in the winter), White Pass (including the ski resort and the Pacific Crest Trail), the Gifford Pinchot National Forest, the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest, the Cowlitz River, Packwood Lake, and endless hiking trails. Looking for more? You're also not far from Mt. St. Helens and Mt. Adams. A second RV is allowed for an additional fee (contact owner), though electrical service is only available for one RV (septic and water available for two). One tent is allowed provided it is accompanied by a fully contained RV with a bathroom. The maximum occupancy is 6 persons regardless of the number of RV's or if a tent is used. (note: there is a small residence on the property, which will be vacant during your stay; you are free to use the covered porch area and the porch swing).

✨Suzy’s Magic Lil Log Cabin✨✌🏻

1 site ¡ Lodging1 acre ¡ Trout Lake, WA
This is an adorable log cabin on an acre of land surrounded by fir trees. You feel like you’re waking up in a state park, but you’re just ten minutes from town. Mt Adams and many hiking trails are nearby. If you are a rafter or a kiter, we are very close to the river as well! It will sleep 4 comfortably- please contact me about extra guests. There is a trundle bed with twin mattresses, and a Queen bed. Both have fitted sheets only. Please bring everything else you may need to be comfortable. The cabin is off grid so charge your electronics beforehand and bring a cooler! It’s a great place for a reset : ) Get your feet on the ground and wake up with the birds chirping. NOTE: You have to pack trash in and out. Leave no trace. I do not have trash pick up at the cabin and anything left has the potential to lure wildlife in. Thank you for your understanding!
