Suuuuper sweet place
George and Devon do an amaaaaazing job with the place. Tons of attention to beautiful detail. And lovely to interact with! And the river walk path is a gem. Highly recommend.
Lovely camping in an idyllic spot.
Riverwalk was such a perfect spot to camp! George was very friendly and helpful in communication, and the space itself was very peaceful and well kept. Easy access to some great wineries and cool hikes! Will definitely be visiting again in the future!
Rv on the river w/orchards nearby
Riverwalk was a perfect stay in Paonia, on the river with spectacular views, walking trails around property and wildlife sightings. The fire pits and provided wood were a nice touch and enjoyed. All spots individual and unique, check them out for what you may not know you are looking for
Note for RVers - although a dump station is provided it’s not very user-friendly with location and position, you might be better off not planning to use it. Electricity and water worked great, just a bit wonky to hook up to.
My family loved this place. It was quiet, secluded, rustic but wirh a fantastic host and great amenities. The bathroom/shower was spotless. Thete was a river that ran along the property that my dog loved. George was very kind, helpful and thoughtful. Would definitely stay again!!
Words cannot express how wonderful the hosts are and the property is! Just enough shade, walkable to the river, and a bathhouse that rivals most bathrooms in a home!
The hosts have a ton of unique art around the property and even allowed some last min visitors to join our party.
I simply cannot recommend this property highly enough! This will be one of our goto’s for a long long time!
