River Dance Ranch Mini Camper is located on a small ranch property between Glenwood Springs and Carbondale. The property sits on 7 acres of land above the ditch line and with views of the Roaring Fork River and Mt. Sopris. The family lives on site and the camper is situated near the host's home. This Hipcamp is located an easy 1/2 mile from the Rio Grande Trail bike path, making bike rides simple! There is a small brewery and food cart about 1/2 mile from the property as well. The camper is cute and cozy. We have a variety of pets on the property including one dog, two cats, one chicken and two ducks. So, we ask that you do not bring pets.Ready for your arrival! Cute and compact 15 foot R-Pod camper (6 feet wide) on a private hobby ranch. The camper sleeps up to 3 people. There are two bunks and one bed that converts from the kitchen table. The camper is fully hooked up and has a bathroom/tiny shower combo, running water, and kitchen with a 2 burner stove and microwave. It is located near the owner's home where there are pets including a dog, cats, one chicken and two ducks! Great sunsets and sunrises. This camper is conveniently located between Glenwood Springs and Carbondale. The Rio Grande Trail bike path is 1/2 mile from the property and easy to access. There is a small local brewery and food truck just over a 1/2 mile walk from the property.

The sweetest sanctuary

We were so comfortable here! Angie was sweet enough to leave fresh eggs as well as carrots to feel the horse and mules. It was so peaceful and the perfect distance to the downtown area. Highly recommend!

Cute cozy camper!!!

Angie has a great mini camper! The space has great views and local walking trails. The trailer is also cozy and cute and has all the amenities-stove, coffee supplies, mini fridge, shower and toilet! It was what two weary travelers were looking for after a week in a tent! Angie is also a super friendly and helpful host and we had all the privacy and rest-time we could want. Duck eggs, directions to local brewery and walking trails were also there if we wanted.

River Dance Ranch Mini Camper

My first trip with HipCamp and found a sweet little trailer, though it was on the owner's property, so not 100% private, it was quiet, clean and had a couple of adorable ducks and a chicken to keep me company. One of the best bicycle trails I've ever ridden (Rio Grande Trail) is about a 1/2 mile away as well as a great brewery with permanent food cart. If you are at all curious about min-trailer living, this is a great experiment. The views are lovely from the chairs Angie has set outside and there is some space on the property for nice morning and evening walks. The cost to stay anywhere in this area is pretty outrageous, so this place was very welcome for a nice little solo weekend without breaking the bank.
