Honestly, this was a very last minute booking as we anticipated going camping in Estes Park, but after checking with 8 different sites and being told they were all booked, we were a bit at a loss. First impression, Nick B’s land was an interesting experience as it’s in a community/neighborhood of homes on rolling hills and horse farms. This space exceeded all of our expectations! The sunsets and views were spectacular, there was plenty of space for tents or RV(s), and we didn’t interact with anyone else during our stay as we were the only visitors. We had such a blast - it was such a pleasant surprise, we didn’t want to leave!

This site is awesome. Completely exceeded expectations and would recommend to anyone. 360° views of mountains with a great sunrise and sunset in addition to great stargazing. GREAT spot!

Nick, the host, was super friendly and caring! We absolutely loved it here and will definitely be coming back when we get the chance! The land and views are stunning!! We planned on staying a night but ended up staying two because we loved it so much. It’s a short drive to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. I highly recommend this place!

Hey Chesley, Thank you so much for the kind words! We truly enjoyed your company as well. It was a blast chasing your tent through the wind in our neighbors land!! lol!!

Absolutely amazing view from the top of the mountain. Bring warm clothes and warm blankets because it gets very cold at night but all in all a great stay. Closest bathroom is 20 minutes away sadly but it’s at a beautiful nature park so it isn’t that big a deal!

We are thankful to find this campsite fairly close to Estes Park after having our reservations there canceled. This property had beautiful views with interesting birds in the area to entertain us. The steep winding road leading to the property might be a little challenge to inexperienced camper trailer drivers, Thanks Nick for sharing your property!
