If you stayed here and have some insider info for us, let us know!
Misty and Ron are one of the friendliest hosts I have ever met. My partner and I enjoyed our stay very much. The location is seriously a slice of heaven- off the grid and 10,000ft up in the mountains. The land and views were incredible. The A-frame cabin we stayed in was super cute and had everything we needed. We didn’t even have to pitch our tent. The pull out chairs were super comfy and we were well rested every night. The kitchen was fully equipped as well which was nice for us so we only brought food that we wanted to cook. I think my favorite part of the whole trip was being able to cook in the great outdoors with a spectacular view. Thanks again Misty and Ron for a wonderful experience, we will surely be coming back and recommending to all those who are adventurous and looking for a great outdoor experience in Colorado!
I don’t have enough words to describe how amazing this place is! Fantastic hosts, beautiful location, incredibly equipped, and tons to do (or nothing if you prefer).
As a big guy I was a bit worried about the chair beds but the they were surprisingly comfy. The outdoor kitchen has everything you could need. Even the restroom is large and stocked.
Misty and Ron are great people and gracious hosts. They facilitate everything for everyone. While your results may vary, the other campers up there with us were all friendly and fun.
One minor note- pay attention to the high clearance instructions! I was fine in my Jeep but wouldn’t have made it in a Prius.
Thanks for a great weekend getaway- see you next year!
