Forty five minutes west of Colorado Springs, ten miles to Divide for grocers. One half mile to ice, gas, pizza etc. It is first come first serve with the sites. Two that are near trees for large RVs. One up higher works for pull thru trailers. Plenty of room in the pasture. I just got my first negative review referring to it being dry prairie land. Some pictures are from late last summer.. We haven’t had enough rain yet for it to green up. Also it can be windy.

Natural features you'll find at Twisted Sisters Farm in Colorado.
Not really a desert, but the grass is sparse so far. Desperately need rain.
Mix of trees and flat land. RVs can get close to trees but not high in the more dense trees.
Prairie, meadow, or plain
This year there is no grass yet. I’m crossing my fingers that it’ll rain soon.

If you stayed here and have some insider info for us, let us know!
Lisa is an amazing host and very laid back! We loved the views and landscape. If you plan to have a fire just bring a small firepit and check local regulations in order to stay out of trouble with friendly local cops.
Lisa was welcoming and informative and then we didn’t see her again, because we could camp far enough from her house. There was one other group of campers and there was a ton of space to use to stay far away from them too. We’ll definitely be going back.
We were in contact with Lisa starting the day before our scheduled arrival and she was very responsive and helpful. We were scared off by snow though. Not sure our pop up could have handled it without electric hookups.
We had the best weekend here! Lisa is a great host. She showed my husband around the property and then let us choose wherever we wanted to camp. That was all the interaction we had- which is exactly what we wanted. Tons of space, not crowded, close to amenities and several lakes to fish within 30 minutes. It was such a good experience, we're looking to book again already!
