Kind hosts! Super clean and organized. I would definitely visit again.
Let them know early before heading in/out. The gate is always closed.

lots of animals on the ranch!
We had a great stay. The hosts Joby and Stephanie were very welcoming and their young daughter Liberty and my son got along great! It's hot out there in July so be prepared to have measures to cool off! They are doing more work on the ranch so it will likely get better and better.

It was an absolute pleasure staying here. I knew it was going to be a great experience after meeting Jobi Wan-Kenobi! The animals, location, amenities what more can you ask for!

Camping in Colorado!
My experience camping on Joby and Stephanie’s land was exactly how I pictured camping in Colorado would be! Joby took us around his land showing us the sites for tents and it just wasn’t working for us and Joby knew it so he asked us if we wanted to camp in “the valley” on his property and we said let’s go look! We drove through the fence out on the open land down in a small valley area where he is digging a pond and we pitched our tent. The setting was perfect! We really didn’t use the facilities except the bathroom and it was clean. Joby is doing a lot of work around the property and I can’t wait to go back and see what he has accomplished!

The campsite for tents!
This was an amazing place with amazing hosts. We arrived after having a little difficulty finding the place due to online mapping issues, and Joby was out immediately greeting us, apologetic, though not his fault, and offering us a chance to come inside and warm up on a cold night. Very open, very kind family and friends on site. Fantastic property. I wanted to see more, but will have to go back soon! Highly recommend.
