The Tiny House was even better than expected. The pictures do not do it justice. The House is well-equipped for a comfortable glamping trip, with a small but nice and clean bathroom, cozy bedroom and a private porch. The House is 250 meters from the main house, hidden behind trees for complete privacy. There are many off-trail hikes available right out the door and the views are breath taking. Steve and Bonnie were very communicative, welcoming and accommodating. We loved it!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Bonnie and Steve’s Tiny House for a weekend getaway and it was exactly what we needed after being stuck at home in the city for 2 months! The property was beautiful (the drive in as well). The house was super cute and worked out perfectly. Gorgeous setting, very private and cozy. Keep in mind that it’s minimal! We prepped most of our meals ahead of time so all we needed to do was use the stove top which I would recommend since kitchen tools are minimal (but you could make do!). There was plenty of hot water for the showers and the furnace kept us very warm at night. The house is nestled next to the national forest so it’s free to explore and we also drove about 30 mins to a designated hiking trail too. I would definitely recommend taking the short hike up to their picnic area to see views of the meadow down below. We brought a hammock up there and relaxed—it was lovely. Bonnie and Steve were as nice as can be and so hospitable. We were sad to leave so soon!

The rustic tiny house exceeded all our expectations. It was beautiful, secluded. The house had plenty of space for our party of 4. Make sure to do the short hike up to the picnic area for incredible views. The only downside was the GPS coordinates took both of us to the neighbors (so they may need adjusting) and the sign we missed for the turn was quite small/hard to see.

The tiny cabin was exactly what we needed!!!!! It was absolutely beautiful and comfortable. Steve and Bonnie were incredibly friendly and accommodating - we felt like family! If you need to unplug and unwind - THIS is the spot. An amazing two nights away from a world that’s turned upside down. It almost felt right side up again!

Steve and Bonnie’s place is amazing. Just what we needed as an escape from Texas! They were very welcoming hosts and we had everything we needed in the tiny house. The house slept 4 very comfortably. Our favorite area (besides the cute lofts) was the porch where hummingbirds were almost always in view. The location is beautiful and quiet, yet close enough to amazing climbing and hiking in and out of RMNP.

Incredible place. My family and I had an awesome time and we look forward to going back in the future. Great little hikes and bouldering right on the property. Within a short walk is a beautiful view they set up with a table and a grill overlooking the valley. The tiny house was perfect, everything was well thought out and super functional. Grill, 3 burner stove top, well stocked with pots and pans made cooking easy. Bonnie and Steve could not have been nicer.

Steve and Bonnie were very welcoming hosts and we had a great stay in their tiny house. Both the lofts and the downstairs bed were very comfortable and had beautiful light in the mornings. The kitchen and bathroom were cute and easy to use but our favorite part of the cabin was the porch where you could see hummingbirds. Thanks Bonnie and Steve!

What an amazing place! Bonnie and Steve are such great hosts, and we had a fabulous time in the tiny house. Gorgeous property, and the house was so fun. We will definitely be back!
Note on Google Maps: if you are coming from the north, do NOT be tempted to take the shortcut (starting at Little Valley Rd) - it's a Google Maps lie! That 4wd forest service road ends abruptly at the Twin Sisters landslide (circa 2013), and it's a very challenging road at that point (getting back up the hill after the dead-end was harrowing at best).
