We are located in South Park, CO, near the town of Jefferson. We are located below Kenosha Pass with an amazing view of the Continental Divide. If you can spit two miles you could hit the Colorado Trail from our house. We have 44 acres off the grid and are happy to show folks our Strawbale and Earthship homes we've built. We have a seasonal stream and pond for cold dips
We have a seasonal stream and pond for cold dips. (Think Wim Hof!) We want people to bring pets but they must pick up after them. There are holes around from critters because it is the country. The sites are close together because we are trying to maintain the grass as cars wreck it and it takes years to grow back. We currently are in a fire ban so NO FIRES. Sorry. The pit toilet is located in the pile of tires closer to the pond. If the flag is up someone is using it. Please don’t ask the people in the house questions. They are in Airbnb properties and don’t have the answers. Text me and I’ll get back to you as quickly as I can.

Incredible view, perfect property
Loved it! Such a cool piece of property with an amazing view. Kip is incredibly nice and had fantastic stories. I learned a lot (which I wasn't expecting) and had a blast.
Sites with clear mountain view’s
Kip’s land was exactly what we were looking for. It’s only about 1.5 hours away from Denver. It sits near the west base of Kenosha Pass in an open field setting. There is a pit toilet and water hose available. Kip stopped by to make sure we were settled in. There are some permanent housing structures used by Kip and other booking sites but the tent sites were a few hundred feet from them so there is privacy. The tent sites sit in an open field that provide views from the mountains all over. It’s considerably less buggy than sites with vegetation but come prepared with sunscreen.
We loved the views. The earthship was amazing. The tire toilet wasn't something I expected. Overall I would recommend this place. It's near good hikes. Kip was really responsive.
Beautiful space, amazing expansive views! I had an innertube with me which was great and recommended for the small pond, which had quite cool water in the middle. I'd say the pond could hold 3 tubes max before it became bumper boats.
