This place was great. Easy to get to, clean, safe, and I loved not having to set up my own tent or break camp in the morning! Should have brought my fishing pole though since the Platte is right there!
Very happy with everything. This was my first experience with Hipcamp and I will definitely do it again!

We had a great overnight stay. The pre-set tent and bunk beds were a wonderful relief, not to have to do our own. The picnic bench at our site was also very convenient. We fished just across the road and caught a few trout, though it was catch and release only, it was still really fun. The site was clean and well maintained. I would camp here again for sure. Worth the camp fee.

This place is beautiful! Very nice camp site in a gorgeous valley across the (dirt) road from the South Platte and fishing. We loved having the tent and cots ready to go for our stay. Had no issues finding the site - great directions and communication! There are 8 tents, most of which are really close together. Fortunately, we didn’t have neighbors in the few tents next to our group, but if the site were to be full, I think it might be a little close for comfort. Otherwise, outstanding! The port-o-potty (nearest to site 1) was very clean and stocked with TP and hand sanitizer. Each site has its own picnic table. Wonderful amenities! Will be back!

Beautiful campsite, we really enjoyed our weekend here! The tents and cots are awesome, it was so nice to not have to set up a tent. It did rain a bit while we camped, it was so nice to have the tents. First of all the are off the ground so no water got in them, the cots are also raised so none of our stuff would have gotten wet if water had gotten in. The river across the street is beautiful! There was one port o potty which was decent, there aren't too many tents to have to share it with. Although it would be nice to have one more closer to tents 7 & 8. You can't drive and park in front of tents further up the hill, that wasn't a huge deal though, its not a long walk but sometimes it is nice to be able to park a little close for unloading and loading back up. All in all, we loved our stay and will for sure be going back!

We loved the view + hiking!! The only constructive criticism we would have is that the bathroom be kept up better. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile and we chose not to use it. We also slept in our truck to keep warm because even with our bedding, we were SO cold and there was no place to make a contained fire for warmth. Other than that, we'd stay again just for the view and seclusion.
