This is a great little campsite. Randolph and Kelly were ridiculously nice and accommodating, the sit was flat and easy for pitching a tent, with a nice little picnic table and a porch-type swing in an elm tree. We had coffee in the morning swinging and watching the birds in the garden. The only heads up is that this site is probably less than half a mile from the train tracks at an intersection where they blow the whistle every time they come through, and trains come through all night. We found it part of the ambiance, but if you're a light sleeper, you'll definitely be up six or seven times at night!

This was a perfect site. The hosts went out of their way to ensure everything was clean and comfortable. They even left a small care package with soap, paper towels, and TP. Highly recommended.

We could not have been happier to find this place to spend our first night in Colorado after just road tripping across the country from Maine. You will be literally sleeping right by the hemp fields, showering by the fruit orchard, and enjoying the sunset sitting in a swing in the shade under a huge tree. There are some sound effects added to this bold experience - crickets, birds, and a couple of old-school train horns. Also, they are already working on improving the property to make your stay even more comfortable. Super kind and responsive hosts! Might be going back in September for harvesting.

Kelly and Randy's place is cozy and beautiful. They were extremely friendly and hospitable. It was wonderful to sit by the orchards and watch the sun go down after a delicious dinner at the picnic table. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our dogs give it a thumbs up too.

Sitting on the picnic table outside the orchard. Enjoyed some snuggle time on the swing.Beautiful morning sky near the fields.

We had a wonderful time at Felix Family Farm. We arrived late at night but they still came out to greet us and get us oriented. Power was available. The tent site is under a beautiful Elm tree surrounded by garden beds and orchards. There is a barn and driveway to the other side while the rest is all plants. Access was super easy.

The farm itself is in a nice small town with great access to Colorado Springs and was a great stop over from a long drive from Texas. Randolph showed us his farm and passionately shared his plans for his hemp farm. Us loving entrepreneurs, we loved his story and hearing about how he plans to grow his 10 acre farm.

Randolph and Kelly were totally amazing and we plan to stay there again in the future.

The Felix family was wonderful. They really went beyond our expectations! Randy was the first to great us, he had lots of info about the area and easy to communicate with. Kelly did an impressive job showing us around and answering all of our questions.
The property is clean, comfortable and easy to find. I definitely recommend taking the hemp tour. I learned more about hemp and crop growing then expected. In fact my family is planning a trip back in a few months.

Wonderful experience. Randolph and Kelly were very welcoming. The farm is well loved and cared for and I was truly grateful to be able to stay the night here on our travels. It was a charming experience and everything you could hope for. The closest word I can think decribe the expeience is therapeutic. Word of advice, do not miss out on the opportunity to take a (cold) shower outdoors; on hot summer day, it was a true treat.
