A 1950 gas station and surrounding open space converted into a community and performance venue, free bookstore, food bank, and garden called Counterpath (please Google for full info). We're right next to downtown Denver in an urban edge environment, a neighborhood with many single-family homes and apartments, classic old Colfax Ave. just a block away. The building is a garage with two bays and office but the large outdoor area (flat gravel) is where Hipcampers stay and hosts sculptural work and community events of all kinds. Open year-round, great launch pad for exploring Denver and Colorado's Front Range!

Loved my stay here, Tim was kind and accommodating and the space was super neat. Even grabbed a few tomatoes from the garden. 10/10 !!
Great place. Tim was awesome. Exciting city vibe. Close to downtown. Cool to support what they're doing at Counterpath.
We will be back! Tim was very accomidating. Place is nice and level with lockable gate. Easy access from i-70. Literally less than 5 mins from downtown! Very nice urban retreat!!👍👍👍
Tim was a great host. He was extremely kind and quick to communicate with me. The spot was exactly as advertised. I would book again.
Tim was kind and helpful! The neighborhood was nice and you are gated in for safety and peace of mind!
This was a perfect location for us. We were visiting a friend downtown Denver. We were a straight five miles down 14th from her place. The area you park in has a fence with a big gate and a lot of light. The fenced in area has gardens all around. We were there in winter though but I bet in summer it’s beautiful. This is a nice area if you have a pet. We were only ones camping most of the time so we had a lot of privacy. A Lyft was about 15 bucks to capital.
