This property was so lovely and such a quiet, nice place to stay the night on our journey. Our kids were excited about the dogs and chickens and freely rode their bikes around and our dogs ran around off leash. The photos on HipCamp don’t do it justice. That it was just a mile off the motorway was a bonus.

We had such a great weekend. The land was very private and quiet and very relaxing. The sunrise and sunset views were stunning and there's a pretty little lake/pond that you can see from the campsite. We also got fresh eggs each day from our hosts who were incredibly sweet and friendly. We would absolutely camp here again. (We also fell in love with their pup, Blaze! She was an absolute sweetheart.)
