We are 30 minutes from the all natural Pagosa Hot Springs and 30 minutes from downtown Durango. With many hiking trails to explore. Go biking at Silverton or Wolfcreek Pass with beautiful waterfalls, open skies and tons of wildlife. We have RV hookups, no dumping, but we have electric and water. We also have dry camp sites you can choose from. We have open spaces and tons of Pondarosa Pines. Feel free to roam around and enjoy nature at its best.

Diane is a nice and helpful host and she has a lovely property with a few nicely wooded sites. It gets quiet after about ten, as light traffic on 160 goes to rare traffic. There is access to water but its not convenient.
