The most beautiful piece of land in Fruita, Danny was a great guy. He will show you around his property and make sure that you get the view you prefer. 10/10 for Danny thank you so much!

Really great site, very private and awesome sunrise in the morning. Very convenient as well and Danny was a great host, escorting me to the site with a fire ring and access to water all set up. Highly recommend.

Mr. Danny communicated well with us on directions and was available whenever we were able to arrive. While he gave us our privacy, I know had we needed anything he would have been very helpful. As it was, we enjoyed a peaceful 2 nights on beautiful farm land with gorgeous sunsets.
