The area was excellent, close to many parks, we enjoyed running, cycling, a beach day and pickleball. Hosts were very nice . Colorado is beautiful

Theresa and Tim were incredibly welcoming. They flagged us in, gave us options to park, and made sure we had everything we needed. They made us feel right at home, like friends coming in for a visit. We were so grateful for their kind spirits after a long day of travel. We couldn’t recommend them enough.

The family was very attentive to our needs (water, trash, fire wood, etc..) There is no lake access, but Union Reservoir was super close. It was an easy walk or quick drive. It’s best to get to the lake earlier to avoid the long lines. If you want to go on the 4th of July go super early!
Honestly, the way the camper was faced it didn’t even seem like we were in someone’s backyard.

Great place close to everything! Amazing hosts that did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The location is close to any amenities that you might want and within a short distance to Union reservoir!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! It was peaceful; it was quiet; it was exactly as described "a little bit of country in the city!" Theresa and Tim were THE BEST hosts! They made our 9 year old's dreams come true getting to play with chickens and pet horses! They spent time visiting with us and making us feel so welcome. And the fresh eggs were delicious! We will definitely stay here again!

Our stay was great! Tim was incredibly helpful and even refilled our dog’s water bowl and watered our plant outside the camper while we were sightseeing. He then let my boys help him put the chickens up for the night which they loved! There was a basketball hoop and volleyball net for the kids and wood was provided each night. Be aware that you are right off the road so there is some road noise. The view from the fire pit more than makes up for it though!

Theresa and Tim are the ultimate hosts. They helped us to get in and settled. Checked on us every day to be sure all was ok. Tim guided my 44’ft rv safely back to road home. Stopped traffic as they are on a busy road. You will be delighted with their cozy camp. Thanks again.

Both Tim and Theresa went out of their way to make us comfortable. Relaxing at their little slice of country was exactly what we needed after 4 days of bad weather travel. The place is nice especially with having electric hookups. And Theresa even brought us out some of her chickens eggs to take with us.

Our overnight rv experience was outstanding on site 2. Nice level ground, 30 Amp plugs adjacent to the site, picnic table, firepit and wood. Teresa greeted us with flowers, which was a first for us. Super friendly and helpful. This was our second stay and we'd absolutely stay again.

Theresa was extremely welcoming and helpful for our entire stay. Our site was just what we needed to feel comfortable. Our site was perfectly level on dirt/gravel and our door opened to grass. We had 30 amp electric and there was a water hose to fill our tanks. There are dump site's fairly nearby if you needed to empty your tanks. This location is super close to anything and everything that you might need however it has a very country feel with free range birds and a turkey. We loved our stay at County Line Hobby Farm!

We had a great week here! Theresa and Tim are wonderful, friendly, helpful hosts and the location is fantastic to all the things you'd want to do. We explored Longmont, Boulder area, went into Denver for a day, over to Greeley, and much more. We have dogs and it was a great location for many pathways to walk your dog right from the house, and in Longmont overall. A great reservoir (Union) that we could walk (or drive if want to go fast) to from the house with an amazing dog beach. Tons of places to eat nearby. Great overall!

Theresa was very easy to work with after our reservation got messed up. She worked with us to come up with a solution and that was much appreciated. The property is very fun and lively! Easy access in and out and close to city life while being able to rest in the country!

HipCamps are always a little tricky Theresa was wonderful, and the location was very good, but, unfortunately, it was raining, and we were forced to camp in a big red mud bath. Having said that our host can’t control the weather, but whereas a RV park is set up to handle downpours with gravel or excellent drainage, HipCamp spots often are not. We had 30 amp service through 2 additional extension cords as we were placed far, far away from the electrical hook ups, and we didn’t spend that much time at the spot. I wouldn’t say I don’t recommend it, it would depend on the weather, and who can control that?

Longmont is a great town, great access to everything important that we wanted to do. Theresa and her husband are some of the sweetest humans I have ever met. They have gone out of their way from the first moment to beyond our stay to make sure our experience and their HIPCAMP was top notch. You will not find better people who really want to make sure you have a great experience.

Theresa and Tim were great hosts. They helped me out in a pinch. The area was clean and cute. Unfortunately, the one thing that I considered a disturbance was the fact that they allowed a band to practice several times per week until sometimes 10pm until 1:30am which made it very hard to sleep. This was an unknown fact prior to me renting. They did ask the bands to stop playing by 10pm however, that did not always happen.

It was so great to have a little spot on the edge of town with Theresa. My daughter loved the chickens and finding all the critters around the yard. Super convenient to be right in town for a little while for us and also so close to the beach/reservoir. Theresa was very sweet and accommodating. I would highly recommend their place!

We had a great stay at Tim and Theresa’s! We stayed to be close to a family wedding. We arrived a day early and they we able to make room for us to stay an extra day. They went out of their way to make our very shy grandson have a great time! Loved the trail across the road was able to get up and take a morning walk before we started our day!! If we come back this way we would definitely stay again!

Site 3 is really more for just a quick 1 night and done. The other 2 sites have access to a grassed area and would work better for a longer stay. This one was on gravel in front of their music studio. It worked for me- just to sleep and move on. Tim was terrific- he came out and made sure I was good and if I needed anything.
