Awesome stay at camp bundle
We had an awesome stay! The campsite was pretty private, we could only see only one house through the trees from the site. The parking was close but *uphill* from the campsite so plan more time to pack up than it took you to set up! The fire pit looked great but we weren’t able to use it due to the current fire ban. Great tall trees for shade and hammocking! Lots of places to explore! Thanks for the memories 🙂
The site was perfect. We spent one night on our way to Estes Park just to get a real camping experience in. Bring everything you will need. We walked around a bit down by the creek. I was able to keep my dog off leash, he’s a German Shepard. We felt completely safe and in the wilderness at the same time.
Charlotte is a wonderful host and has great communication! The directions she provided with pictures really helped to find the spot. The address will take you directly there by GPS as well. We had a wonderful and relaxing time camping here. There were also grilling utensils onsite which came in handy since I forgot my tongs :) My favorite part was the "neighbors" are barley in site of the area where you set up camp. It was quite and secluded. Will be visiting this spot again.
Very nice spot! The neighbors are protective of their privacy, so do be careful about where you're driving or wandering. Charlotte's directions are very good though, so it shouldn't be too much of an issue. Not too many bugs since the creek is a ways down the hill. Decent tree shade. Not a ton of flat spots for tents but we made it work. We had a lovely time in this pretty spot.
