You'll hear lots of birds and may see some wildlife. You're welcome to hike our private, one-mile hiking trail (moderate to difficult level) to the top of our mountain and have a picnic there. You may also want to venture out to see nearby sites: Horsetooth Reservoir and Horsetooth hiking trail are about 25 minutes away. Downtown Fort Collins is about a 45 minute drive, and Rocky Mountain National Forrest and Estes Park are about an hour away.
We know many people who travel to Colorado want to enjoy their weed. Our property isn’t the place for weed, smoking, or any type of drug use. Please keep that in mind when booking. Thanks!
