This place was great! Bobby and Denise were super friendly upon arrival and gave us great recommendations on what to do while we were there! The site was beautiful! Bring bug spray for sure and make sure to bring plenty of blankets because it gets cold at night! Overall we were very pleased with our experience!
Great spot on the river to dip in during hot summer nights and an amazing moon rising view. Can’t recommend this place enough!

This site was fantastic! Amber was great to communicate with to set things up and Bobby was super friendly and welcoming. The site is in a beautiful spot with a great creek right there to fish and lull you to sleep. Beautiful sunsets and views. The mosquitoes are thick in the late afternoon and evening, so bring some good bug spray, but a small nuisance well worth dealing with for such a great spot hosted by great people. Our family will definitely be back!
We loved our stay at Bobby G.'s land! The camp was great. Close enough to the main road to be accessible but far enough away that you couldn't hear traffic. Sleeping creekside was very peaceful. Amber was super helpful and we would definitely stay again.
Bobby has a beautiful campsite here! Helped us decide on hikes to do around the area, including one just behind us, jumpstarted our car when we needed, no complaints! Beautiful part of colorado, just be ready for no bathrooms.

Great stay on Bobby’s land. He and Amanda were very responsive and helpful leading up to our stay, and Bobby was super accommodating and friendly on-site. Easy to find, clean and flat site with a great stream to camp beside. I recommend purchasing firewood from Bobby’s friend (Doug), you’ll get a better deal than at the Sinclair and it’s the same (short) distance from camp. Site #1 is not a private site, but the wide-open views are great and there’s plenty of room to spread out. Bring something for shade if you don’t want full sun. Would stay again for sure.

This was my first one booking with Hipcamp and it went very smooth. We had been camping in Wyoming and needed a site on the way home and in this part of the state I wasn’t seen a lot of options. Since I had a tired 3year old on my hands I knew I didn’t have time to drive around scouting blm land. The site we were on was very pretty. There was some animal dung but that doesn’t bother me. It was cold enough that bugs were not a problem but given the creek and the moisture around it I could see the bugs being tough. It was a very welcome change from the hustle of national park campgrounds we’d been dealing with. It was perfect, except I failed to catch any fish in the creek.
This is such a beautiful spot! We will definitely return in the future.
