A-Lodge Boulder is a 30 room lodge just 2 miles above downtown Boulder, Colorado. We are located in a wilderness area of Boulder Canyon, right at the junction with Fourmile Canyon. We have three #vanlife sites and four tentsites for offer on Hipcamp. We have a hot tub, grills, seasonal pool, meeting space, outdoor beer garden, bathrooms and showers for campers and a wonderful trail to Betasso Preserve right from our property. The Fourmile Creek runs through our property along our large lawn area. Great views and you might see bear, deer, elk, moose, foxes, or even a mountain lion! Tent sites are just a short walk, about 100 feet, up to our platforms. We provide the platform for your tent as well as access to all of our lodge's amenities; front desk, lobby, bar & beer garden, fire pits, grills, bathrooms, shower, outdoor common areas, free wifi, etc. Our guests love us too! "First time Hipcamper and A-Lodge visitor here, I’d definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re traveling to the Boulder area. The tent platforms were easy to get to and spaced far enough apart for privacy and generally a nice break from setting up a tent on a gravel pad. WiFi was stable throughout my visit and I was able to get some work done before heading home."

VANLIFE SITE 2
A very nice place. Very close to downtown but really “in the woods” because it’s in a narrow canyon. The van sites are in a small parking lot you park beside a platform that’s yours. It’s actually better than it sounds. The showers and bathrooms are really nice. The staff is friendly. There’s beer, a fire pit etc. hiking trails start from the place. Had a very nice stay

VANLIFE SITE 2
i stayed at car camping site 2. in the middle of the platform next to my parking spot at the site was a hornet/fly trap, which had a super chaotic energy. also really sad - all the flies and hornets trapped, trying to escape.. made me really not want to hang out on the platform, which without the trap would have been a super neat place to chill. the placement of the trap was bad. are the traps at all necessary in the first place? don't know if i can fully evaluate this, having only stayed one night.

VANLIFE SITE 2
Terrible customer service coupled with a punitive cancelation policy. 1 out of 5 stars. Do not recommend.

A-Lodge gets an A+
I really loved my stay in the van life spot at A-Lodge. I was surprised at how quickly I went from being right in the university area of Boulder to being in absolutely surrounded by beautiful mountains and streams. It’s literally 5 minutes from town and feels like you would have had to rive an hour to get to such a spot. the platform size and placement was great. The lodge was clean and comfortable. The seating areas, fire pit, dog yard, shelter for cooking… all were wonderful. I’ll be back next time I head out West.

Tent Site 3
There's something really soothing about camping up on the hill and facing the grounds from above. On our way back to Cali, we stopped here and loved it. The tent sites are at the perfect place to watch the sunrise. We had PB & J while watching the sunrise. I mean, that's some fancy glamping. Hot showers. WiFi. Lounge area. Even happy hour. We loved it.
