If you stayed here and have some insider info for us, let us know!
Massive open fields and insane views of landscape. Veronica has her home on the front end of the property, but the back half of her acreage is actually totally secluded and hidden from view. You couldn't have found this much space for this price at any national campground. This is a beautiful spot. Our host was also very accommodating to our needs; if we wanted to have a reunion there we could have. If we wanted to camp closer to the front end of the property by our car, we also were welcomed to do that. Veronica just wants her campers to be happy! :)
Veronica was extremely welcoming and helpful to us upon arrival. She directed us to the 35 acres she has available to campers, where we were able to set up camp at any location we liked. Most of the field was covered in black-eyed susans, and provided amazing views for sunset and sunrise. Although there are neighboring properties the site still feels secluded depending on where you set up camp. I would absolutely stay here again.
We had a lovely one night stay at Angel's blessings. We need a quick easy place to camp before heading to hike the Manitou Incline (about 50 minute drive away) and this was perfect. Can't wait to see what Veronica does with the land and campsites in the future!
Veronica's place was a nice spot on the plains. We arrived at night with a tired little one so didn't drive our camper too far from the house. After walking the property the next day we there were several options that would give campers a more secluded feel. The route is sandy but easily possible. Veronica was very attentive to our needs and a great host.
