Kevin and Jennifer have created a truly magical experience in the mountains of Colorado. The pictures posted on the listing do not do it justice. It's every bit as beautiful and more. My husband and I enjoyed every moment we were there, but specifically, waking up every morning with a cup of coffee and heading to the overlook point, hiking, and bouldering on the property, and relaxing by the campfire while enjoying the view. The RV is stocked with everything you need. We cooked most meals in the kitchen and it worked well. They have even upgraded the bed to a tempurpedic mattress, which was awesome. Kevin & Jennifer were great hosts and very helpful. I would recommend any of their properties to anyone. Every detail of our experience was perfect. We cannot thank them enough!

Taking the whole place in!Yes, there is even a little setup for some ax throwing. View of the Squirrel's Nest.Sunset views from the lookout point within steps of the RV.

We had such an amazing and relaxing weekend at squirrel's nest! The views from the RV and all around the property were absolutely stunning and pictures can't even do them justice. We enjoyed breathtaking cotton candy sunsets right from the comfort of the fire.

The RV was clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend including kitchen utensils to cook all our meals. Also, the bed was very comfortable!

Kevin was such an amazing host! He gave us very clear directions on how to get to the site and made sure we had everything we needed all weekend long. I can't recommend this site enough!

We spent 3 nights here over Labor Day weekend 2020, and it was a good experience. The site it only 15 minutes outside of Ned, and VERY private. We never saw anyone else in person on the mountain. The bed was comfortable, WiFi worked very well & we were able to stream movies after sundown. It did get a bid hot in the afternoons as the entrance to the RV faces West, and trees have been cleared on that side of the RV to make way for the large sandy area that houses the fire pit, so you get full sun noon-sundown. If staying here in sunny weather again I would ask for directions on how to use the air conditioning. All in all we had a great time and hope to be back!
