Stargazer's Paradise #8

Campsite #8 provides space for 2 tents or 2 AWD/4x4 cars for car camping. It faces East, so you will be first to warm up in the early morning sun rays. Nestled on the very top of the hill, it offers a beautiful view of the green rolling hills of Cleveland National Forest. Being elevated at almost 4700 feet, and on the very edge of a steep hill, the campsite offers completely unobstructed view of the night sky when you don't even need to look up - the stars are right in front of you! You can enjoy watching a meteor shower while soaking in your personal fire-heated jacuzzi. A private firepit with unlimited wood is heating your jacuzzi while you're enjoying your night around the campfire. This site is very secluded from the rest of the camp, but the bathroom is in a short distance away.  Only a 4x4 vehicle can park close to/in the spot. In the common area you can find access to electrical power to charge your phone or inflate the mattress (provided strictly by solar and batteries). A dual-fuel grill to cook your meals is right by the sectional couch with cookware provided. There is a 3-gallon jug of potable water you can boil for your morning oatmeal. Enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee/tea/hot chocolate while relaxing on the sectional couch in the morning and watch the forest wake up. We are 420 friendly.
