Need a place to park that tiny home or RV for more than a month? We own 50 acres in Northern CA (4.5 hours from the bay area, 2 hours from Reno, 2 hours from Chico) and have developed sites for 2-3 tiny homes or RV's (you provide the tiny home or RV...). The cost is $350 per month.  One site has full hook-ups and easy access, the other sites do not. (As of 4/15, all sites with hookups are full, but we do still have off-the-grid sites with access to water).  We do NOT offer nightly rentals, except for at the Wild Rose Tipi and the Wolf Creek Adventure Camp (2 night minimum).

The camping/parking spots are nestled in a pine tree forest and is fairly private, although the spot with hooks-ups is about 100' from the homeowner's house  (you will also have access to a creek and swimming hole). The property is located one mile from town, and nine miles from gorgeous Lake Almanor.  For spots with premier views and privacy, rent is $300 per month and the homes need to be off the grid (access to water is provided, but no other amenities). Generators are allowed. Expectations of longer-term campers is general tidiness and respect for other campers and wildlife. Note: During winter months (Nov-Feb), access can be difficult, so we recommend renting during the months of March-October only.
