Do you like to get outside but don't like the hassle of packing all the camping gear or the expense of having your own RV? We have set up a "Glamping" area near a beautiful Buckeye Tree and a seasonal creek on our 1 acre of property.

We are happy to share the land with other nature-loving/seeking people. All you need to bring is your food and clothes. We provide a 19ft RV to sleep in, an outdoor picnic area, cooking gear, fire pit, camping chairs, outdoor shower, cooler, etc.

Guest can have the beauty of camping in a beautiful area, cooking outside on an outdoor camping stove and sitting around a campfire. They can also have the comfort of sleeping inside an RV without having to bring all the gear; there is no need to reserve a campsite a year in advance and be surrounded by other campers. There are outdoor solar lights that make magical evenings under the stars and moonlight. Day trips to Point Reyes National Seashore, Marin Beaches and trails,SF, Napa, Sonoma are all possible. The RV has a large double bed (62in. by 52in.) 5 inches thick dual-density foam provides firm, comfortable support. The RV is best suited for 1-2 adults and can work for 1-2 adults and 1-2 children since the driver and passenger seat can turn around to make two single beds. There is a flat-screen tv (with a DVD player). A well-behaved dog can stay as well but can not be left unattended. We have a Mini Golden Retriever and we live in a small house on the property. It is a quiet, spacious and beautiful area for you to enjoy.

We really enjoyed our stay here! I have had seven back surgeries, and I was comfortable sleeping on the bed. Amy and Janelle were extremely responsive and kind. We couldn’t have asked for better hospitality. The s’more supplies were a great touch. We look forward to staying here again! Thank you!

Kind and considerate hosts; great location near desirable locales (Pt. Reyes, SPT Park etc., affordable small towns with good selection of restaurants nearby); deer visiting is a plus; the lighting adds a lot; Roadtrek is good quality and comfortable, including the bed; picnic table & kangaroo kitchen are very helpful.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Jenelle's place for a weekend trip to unwind and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We had a great time unwinding at the glamp site. It was private enough (on their front yard, RV and fire face away from their house) and close to lots of state parks and beaches. You can easily drive to Mt. Tam, Pt. Reyes, and more.

The glamp site includes the RV (with bedding), outdoor shower, sink, camp stove, propane fire, chairs, towels, shampoo & conditioner, space heater, fridge, cooler. They even provided a s'mores kit which we thoroughly enjoyed! The RV itself is a little tight. If you're taller than 5' 7", you may feel cramped on the bed and standing in the van.

There's also a couple apple trees on their property and we were able to pick apples to eat. They were super yummy! We also saw some deer wandering around.

I biked to this Hipcamp with my boyfriend from San Francisco, and it was quite the adventure. This Hipcamp was right on the course of a bike loop we wanted to do, so it was a very bike centric weekend. (you can google 'mtb project fairfax bolinas gravel grinder' for the loop if you are interested - it's amazing! Saw so many places that were new to us and so beautiful.)

I loved staying here because we didn't have to bring much gear and we could travel light on our bikes with just backpacks/clothes/snacks/toiletries. There was a bar down the street and an amazing Indian restaurant that came in really handy when we were starving after doing that bike loop. Very little planning required - which I love!

It was our first time staying in a camper van and it was really fun - everything has its perfect little place. It was cozy on some really chilly nights. I was really glad to not be in a tent and have a place to warm up. The outdoor shower was very much appreciated too. Our Hosts were great, and their golden retriever is the sweetest living being I may have ever encountered.

There is so much to explore in this area, and it's really nice to have a base to do it from. Jenelle and Amy make it easy! Thank you both :)
