Sufficient for my needs

Conveniently located for my needs with an adequate patch of grass to pitch a tent, though, if she's going to charge money for the 50 square feet could see that it's genuinely level. Access to a kitchen area and bathroom was convenient and those in the cabins seemed neighborly and happy with the place. Whether by tent site or cabin, all are close together (including parking) so when folks returned late at night, I was awakened. There's a lot of good intentions and deferred maintenance of the garden area, lawn toys and the like, which is to say it's rough around the edges, but, again, it was fine for what it was.

The facilities were great for someone needing them. My friend and I really just needed a place to pitch our tent over a holiday weekend while we chased waves during the day. It suit our needs perfectly as a relatively quiet and chill spot to crash until our last night. Someone (maybe the host) had a raging party that lasted well into the wee hours of the morning and kept us awake after a long day of sun & surfing. We weren’t pleased.

Pros--functional kitchen, sauna cabin, access to beach and big trees.
Cons--outside tent spaces not well-maintained, neighbor's dogs across the street were roaming freely and not cleaned up after.
Cabin experience probably more positive than tenting.
