This is one of the last private canyons in Coachella Valley, featuring a 2-mile hike to natural spring, rock climbing, indigenous sites, wildlife, dirt biking, and so much more fun! We have a water well with the most amazing healing alkaline water! You can also bathe in the pool and sit around with Uncle Bronco who will tell you tales of the 60’s music scene while plucking away at the banjo. The views are amazing, and it’s only 5 minutes from the Tram and 10 minutes to downtown Palm Springs if driving. Hope to see you all soon!!!

This really is a unique location! You can see the windmills just across the road, and your only 10 Minutes from driving straight into downtown. This is raw camping, no amenities as of now. I would suggest camping here in a vehicle or trailer, because of the location of this property, strong strong winds are very common, making tent camping very unideal.
Uncle Bronco lives on the property and I know has plans to add more camping amenities to this large piece of land!
