We had a wonderful 3 nights in the Geronimo cabin. Cozy fires, board games, star gazing, and making art. We had the place to ourselves which was also really nice. Adam was a great host. Laid back and helpful.

Adam was an extremely friendly and communicative host with an amazing knowledge of the area and a love for the land. The cabins and property were the just as expected and the perfect place to get away from the city in the Sierra foothills. I'm already planning another visit for a longer retreat.

Thank you Andrew for your kinds remarks and appreciation. It is my hope an dubiously yours that you will return. You are totally welcome anytime. I had some fun times speaking with your folks and glad you brought them up. They seemed totally at ease with the rustic log cabin they stayed in and that those marks in their car bumper left by some wandering bear. The area here has much history and indigenious prints left on the land. enjoy, Adam

Our stay at Geronimo was a much needed weekend away from the city. The cabin was immaculate, very cozy, and decorated really well. Before we arrived, Adam and Lisa had started a fire for us so that it was warm when we got there. Although we only chatted with Adam once, as their cabin is a short walk away from Geronimo, they were very thoughtful hosts and available if needed! During the days, we hiked the beautiful grounds, hung out with our dog by the lake, and just relaxed and read in the cabin. We loved our weekend away from wifi at Geronimo and will definitely be back and recommend to friends!

Thanks Annie for your review and suggestions that i complete my trail map of the land. This 200 acres has so much to offer and hiking here is one of my favorite pastimes and exploring is always an adventure. I have walked and created many as of yet unmarked trails and it is my intention to one day soon draw up a map so visitors can wander with more ideas on where to go and what to see where. I have placed more trails signs up with distances since you were last here and every week or 2 i will put more trail signs up. To do a good map takes time and i hope to do a good one. come see us again sometime. Namaste Adam and Lisa

Adam is a superb host ! The cabins were exactly as we expected them to be, charming and well equipped. The location is nice and isolated. No road noises. My wife and I spent 6 nights in Geronimo Cabin and got the feel of what its like to live in the area. Never hitting town. Soaking up the rivers, mountains and the solitude. Highly Recommended.

It was a pleasure to meet Scott and his wife Helen. Its always a pleasure to meet others of like mind and spirit who enjoy and feel rejuvenated by nature. The silence here is healing something I am finding that almost everyone from the city enjoys and notices almost immediately. Scott requested more info from me everyday on where to hike and swim and explore. They were facinated and amazed by the beauty of our Yuba River. I do hope they come again and bring their telescope so that we can stand under the open stars nd jest in our enjoyment. It is becasue of them that we now have an area marked; "Star Gazing Station". I do hope Scott and Helen come visit agin soon. Adam

We stayed in Geronimo cabin for three nights and had the most incredible time. The cabin is hand-crafted, stunning, and well equipped with all the necessities. Adam was full of recommendations for great swimming spots nearby and was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The property, and the surrounding area, was stunning. The cabin was so cozy, we spent a lot of time relaxing, playing games, and enjoying the silence. Shower room is clean, cabin was very big and comfortable, and the outhouse was very close. There is no cell phone service, but the wifi spot was great for moments when we needed to catch up on important emails. I am already trying to make room on my calendar for our next visit! If you're looking for some quality time off the grid, surrounded by beautiful forest, with a very knowledgeable host, in an incredible hand-crafted cabin, book this now!! :) Thank you!

Great little set of cabins up in the Sierra. Exceeded our expectations. You’ll have a good time here...

Response from Adam, the Host, on September 6th, 2018

Thanks Scott and I am happy you liked the cabin. Sorry about the out-house being pass the Geronimo Cabin but for us it was the most ecological position. As far as I know my friend had put curtains on that side of the cabin to offer privacy from the outside and will check again later.

Hi Caroline, I am glad you enjoyed it and in a sense Geronimo Cabin is still in a process of evolving. I am looking to get some curtains for some of the windows needing them. Thanks for your stay and do come again sometime. Adam
