The hosts were super welcoming and informative! We stumbled upon this camp site last minute and it exceeded our expectations. Plenty of space and we were surrounded by trees when we woke up.
This spot was perfect for us and our rooftop tent. Pendry & Jay were lovely hosts and have created a welcoming environment for their guests. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend for the weary traveler looking for an evenings rest.
Beautiful land and experience!
Pendry and Jay were wonderful hosts! They were friendly, flexible, helpful, and generous with their property's resources, such as a well-stocked and decorated bathroom. It even had non-deet bug spray, though sadly the spray wasn't effective for us. They also had two fun and friendly dogs to play with. Beautiful land and experience!
Great for an overnight, nice hosts!
This is a nice place to stay for an overnight. Pendry greeted us as we rolled in just after sunset with her excited puppy. They had fresh water set up on a picnic table for us which was a nice gesture. There's no shade, but no biggie for an overnight stay.
We were pulling a 19' trailer which was a bit tricky to get out of the site...some tight turnarounds. Wi-fi only works on the porch of the hosts porch, not at the camp site.
If we were staying longer it would have been fun getting to know Pendry & Jay. They seemed like really cool folks!
Great for star viewing
We visited when it was smokey from the fires but you could still see plenty of stars. Nice private campsite. Many deer and small animals rustling in the leaves at night.
