We had an awesome stay. We traveled with my parents and this was their first time staying in an RV. They were pleasantly surprised how spacious the Bowie was. They definitely appreciated the AC during the hot Paso afternoon and it helped the RV was parked under a tree. I remember them mentioning they slept really well and delighted to know there was supplies to make coffee. Also Bowie has close access to the communal grill, outdoor kitchen, picnic tables, corn hole, and fire pit. It’s really the whole package. To top it off, the sunset views were amazing to enjoy in their gazebo area. I don’t think my parents will want to sleep in a tent ever again.
Perfect paso getaway
My wife and I had the best time at the Windwood Ranch. Our airstream “Bowie” was super charming and we had everything we could possibly need. The grounds were spacious, and Jeffrey and his wife were incredible hosts, generously sharing their time (and wine!) during our stay.
I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a more unique Paso experience.
We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect place for glamping!
We had a great time! The trailer was clean and functional (inc shower & toilet). Sleeps 2 adults and 2 young kids (6 & 7) just fine in Bowie trailer. Very quiet. Loved the sunsets. Stove inside doesn't work due to liability reasons but we used the grill outside. Lots of tables and sitting area. Loved the hammocks & campfire pit. This place is close enough to go into town if you like. We were not disappointed! Definitely will return!
Windwood Ranch is amazing. I stayed in the Janis trailer which was very stylish and comfortable. I loved hanging out and drinking coffee at the small table right outside while the sun rose.
The communal kitchen is incredible! My friends stayed in the Bowie trailer next door - it felt like we had the entire ranch to ourselves! Paso Robles is 20 minutes away.
Can't wait to return.
A magnificent escape!
We only stayed one night, but if I hadn't already paid for the rest of our adventure at other places we would still be at Windwood Ranch. The weather was howling rain, but the outdoor kitchen was well-sheltered and easy to use right next to our trailer, which did not disappoint. We played games and Bowie records while the weather stayed angry, then in the morning were greeted by the most beautiful views of wineries and trees for miles. If you have a big event coming up, check this place out first -- it would be a fantastic destination wedding, reunion, anything! Oh...and the cleanest bathroom you will ever see, including your own. Jeffrey and his wife were over-the-top accommodating. We'll be back!
This place was the perfect getaway. The trailer was spacious, clean, decorated so darn cute and had air conditioning. The hosts were so friendly and helpful during our whole trip. They have really created a pretty special place. I recommend this booking highly to anyone looking to escape for a bit and enjoy the scenary.
The Bowie was comfortable and relaxing. I enjoyed teaching my 13 year old the way to play a David Bowie record on the record player. I will be back and already looking forward to morning coffee on the bluff.
