Shangrila Flat
This was such a great place to camp on the way to Yosemite! I would definitely recommend Anna & Andy's campsites.

Ob La Da Shangrila "stop and plop"
Fun stay close to yosemite!
We had the best stay here! Anna and andy were so lovely! We enjoyed there company and campfire of a night time sharing stories and having a good laugh. We highly recommend staying here, toilet and shower facitilites avaliable as well. We hope to come back again soon! Love making new friends!!

Ob La Da - Fast in, fast out!
The most welcoming hosts
Staying at Andy and Anna's was the best experience! I cant imagine more welcoming hosts. We travelled in a campervan with our young baby and really enjoyed our nightly chats with Anna and Andy around the campfire, and the use of their BBQ. They even had a portacot that they got out for us which our baby could play in while we sat around the fire. The location was great for getting to Yosemite. We were too late to book a campsite in the park so this was the next best thing.

Ob La Da - Fast in, fast out!
Just as the majority of people visiting Yosemite, me and my girlfriend were struggling to find a place to stay.
After a lot of searching, we stumbled on the place of Anna and Andy and it was like hitting the bullseye! Yes, the campground is close to the road, but knowing this in advance made it no problem for us whatsoever.
Anna and Andy are great personalities. How much they are involved in your stay is totally up to you. You can stay at your spot, or you can join them at the communal area.
We did the latter and had a great evening. Cooking on the fire, having some drinks and making s’mores - for us, it was exactly what we aimed for.
It was a lovely stay and we would definitely recommend it.

Ob La Da Shangrila "stop and plop"
Both hosts were very lovely and incredibly helpful. We enjoyed our stay and it was nice to get away to a quiet spot after a day of exploring busy Yosemite.

A great find! Friendly and welcoming hosts, tons of space, convenient location for Yosemite, and a short drive away from Mariposa. Would recommend!
