Tent camping in a quiet canyon
Such a lovely private canyon. The view is amazing. I'd recommed you to bring extra blankets and fire wood because at night it gey really cold and windy. The road is bumby but I could drive my Camry without any problem. I wish I could have stayed more, and explored the property.

Tent camping in a quiet canyon
Private place, beautiful sunrises
We chose Eric's place as our first stop on our Sprinter adventures, and it was great. The ride in is slow and bumpy, and 4x4 in the van was helpful, though lighter cars probably won't need it in dry weather. The place was exactly as described, and we really appreciated the sunrises and proximity to Joshua Tree NP.

Tent camping in a quiet canyon
Absolutely perfect!
Exactly as described! The top pad was stunning for watching the sunset, sunrise, and for stargazing. Road was bumpy on the way in, but manageable. The entire area was serene. Directions were easy to follow but would recommend downloading maps, music, etc. beforehand as there is poor cell reception. I would absolutely stay here again!

Tent camping in a quiet canyon
A beautiful, secluded, no-frills spot to camp. Lots of room for our pup to run around. The views from the top pad were great â we made it up in our Honda CRV with FWD. Very quiet and excellent stargazing. Minimal bugs. Just be ready for a bumpy ride into the canyon.

Tent camping in a quiet canyon
Oh. My. God. That view. This is exactly what you want out of a secluded camping experience - convenient location, stunning views all around, and a large area to spread out and star gaze. Definitely try to get the top pad if possible, thats where the real views are at. Host was extremely responsive and helpful and everything felt very safe and friendly. This is a real gem
