PRICE INCLUDES NO MORE THAN TWO GUESTS IN THIS TRAILER, PRICE INCLUDES ALL BEDDING, CUTLERY AND COOKING UTENSILS AND MAID SERVICE AFTER CHECKOUT.  PRICE INCLUDES INGREDIENTS TO MAKE COFFEE AND TEA. THIS IS A VERY VERY QUIET TRAILER PARK. NO NOISE PLEASE.

"GumDrop" is a 13 ft. Tear Drop trailer all hand crafted out of wood, metal and aluminum. The interior has two closets and some. There are doors on both sides of the trailer so that you don’t have to climb over your partner to exit the trailer. There is a storage box in the front and at the back of the trailer there is a hatch back that opens up to reveal the cute kitchen with sink and an area where you can make basic meals, prepare coffee etc Included is a propane burner to prepare meals.

The trailer is sitting in a very cool rustic artsy vintage park - Desert Sands Vintage RV Park est. in 1960 and is the oldest RV park in Borrego Springs which has mostly vintage trailers, some of the best landscaping for miles, breathtaking views, epic sunsets, bright starry nights and happy guests. If you've ever wanted to stay in a cool vintage trailer, this heaven. The pool is warm year round. Borrego Springs has warm sunny weather year round so if you love the outdoors you will enjoy staying here. We have guests that have been coming back for years. It sits on its close to the pool, Jacuzzi and laundry room. The trailer has 2 windows and has a very airy feeling when the ceiling fan is turned on. Spectacular views of the mountains. Even though to the untrained eye the desert looks dry and desolate, once you spend a night in the middle of it all you may hear the howl of a coyote in the distance, in the morning you might wake up to the sounds of different kinds of birds, while sitting outside drinking your morning coffee you'll see rabbits, humming birds, lizards etc. Borrego Springs is a dark sky community meaning there are no bright white lights and people use deep orange lights on homes and buildings so that the stars and moon can shine as bright as possible. Stargazers come from all over the world the view the increadible night sky in Borego Springs

The vintage trailer park is a very quiet quaint park. PLEASE no horsing around. Other guests of the park must not be bothered by noise, partying, loud talking or shouting. If you do bring minors please know that this RV park has mostly elderly full time renters that are accustomed to a very quiet RV park . Some of the amenities are in the clubhouse, Tiki Hut, pool area, laundry wich is about 100 yards away

This is one of my favorite listings at Hipcamp. When I drove in, I got really excited seeing all the colors and palm trees. It's very much like a desert oasis. When I parked in front of the teardrop trailer, I was immediately greeted by a lovely, friendly lady who gave me a mini tour. They have other trailers with bathrooms, but mine didn't come with it but you can easily walk down to the clean communal bathrooms located next to the pool. This whole place is so clean! I loved the bed inside the trailer, and it made me feel like a little kid again. The weather was warm and there was a cool breeze. It was so relaxing sitting by the fire. It's so quiet here and people are friendly -- many of the people who reside/visited waved hello! Two people will comfortably fit in the teardrop trailer, but if you have a family check out their other listings. I came solo and I think it's a great solo glamping experience. I was able to focus on doing some writing. When evening rolls in, don't forget to look up! The sky is glittered with bright stars. I highly recommend staying here!
