Peggy and Patrise are INCREDIBLE hosts! They gave us perfect directions, took our booking the day before, toured us around site, let us use their pool, and generally made our stay so easy and fun. Their property is huge and they prepared a few options (in a secluded grove, near the cows on the property, or in a tiny tree forest), but they were also open to us camping anywhere. Pictures can't really capture how cool the property is. They also have an outdoor propane grill, sink, counter, and table that we were able to use. They are great and we felt honored to be the first guests. I'm going to come back with friends again for sure!

What an amazing spot! Peggy and Patrise were such amazing, accommodating hosts, and we couldn’t have asked for a better setup! We had a wonderful time, as did our two young daughters and two dogs! We will definitely be back again!

Peggy and Patrice are the most friendly, welcoming hosts you could hope for! We (six of us!) got there late at night after a long drive and were warmly welcomed by them and their adorable dogs. Peggy was happy to take us to our spot for the night, and gave us the whole lay of the land. Nice covered patio area to cook at; pool to cool off on those warm summer days. All around fantastic stay; we will certainly be back the next time we're in the area! Thanks P+P!

We loved our stay at Starry Night! P+P and the dogs were so welcoming and hospitable. We arrived late but they were still able to accommodate us. We stayed in a clearing on a rock/hill a little far from the house but it was perfect for a private retreat. The patio grill, outdoor shower, pool, and half bath were so great to have. The site is about 40 minutes from the north national park entrance. Starry Night was the perfect home base to have while exploring Sequoia. The views of the night sky cannot be beat! I would recommend Starry Night to anyone visiting Sequoia. Thank you P+P!

What a lovely property with lovely hosts. We decided to stay two days instead of one. Best dogs around! Great pergola area for fixing food with a gas and charcoal grill. Beautiful pool. The list goes on and on. Great place to decompress. 30 minutes to Sequoia NP.

Words can’t describe how much of an amazing place this is. Patrise and Peggy were unbelievable and in them we feel we have friends for ever. I’m almost scared to write too much of an amazing review because we’d like to keep it our secret....!

There’s plenty of space to find you’re own spot in the wild, but with all the benefits of the main area. Table tennis, stunning pool, shower, lovely cooking and seating area. You’re about 25 mins from the park entrance, so easy to explore the unbelievable beauty of Kings Canyon and sequoia National Parks.

We’re already planning to come back someday. Thank you so much for being so awesome Patrise and Peggy! X
