Springhill Ranch is a hidden gem nestled in the Santa Cruz mountains. You might have your doubts as you're driving up the long driveway, but as soon as you land at the doorstep you'll be happy that you came. Sarah and Galen are amazing hosts. Our kids had a great time exploring the property with their son. The llama, chickens, goats, climbing trees, and rope swings entertained them for hours, no screen required! We cooked great meals, watched movies at night, and slept very well in their super comfortable beds. It's a short drive to great hiking, mountain biking, and the beautiful Santa Mateo coast.

This spot was just what we were hoping for to get away and relax. It’s tucked behind town a bit in a private farm property and minutes to Felton surrounded in trees. Sarah was super responsive and helpful leading up to the stay as well as throughout the weekend there. If you’re looking for a quiet and romantic getaway with close access to the city, this is your spot. We came to explore Santa Cruz but also wanted to feel like we were in the trees/cabin feel and this was perfect.
