If you stayed here and have some insider info for us, let us know!
I stayed here with a few friends for a weekend in the middle of March. We wanted to start our spring break off with an adventure, and this airstream was the perfect way to do that! I can hardly explain the joy of waking up to the pleasant sunrise streaming through the windows or the sort of spooky (but not too scary) way the desert winds shook the airstream at night. It was magical. The outdoor tub is as "dreamy" as it looks! We spent a day exploring Joshua Tree and went to Natural Sisters, recommended by Sarah. She is very helpful, and this particular recommendation was spot-on. We want to go back! We spent another day in Palm Springs, and enjoyed our time there, too! This is the ideal getaway. Come stay!
Our group of three had an excellent stay in this trailer over new years! The space is as cute as the photos depict and located in a private setting about 45 minutes from the main entrance of Joshua Tree National Park. This was a perfect home base for making meals and hanging out after a day of hiking. Sarah is easy to work with and provided us with some appreciated comforts (i.e., heaters and extra blankets for the cool desert nights).
We stayed here for two nights and it was everything we were hoping for. The airstream is great for two people to move around with everything you may need. If you are a photographer or into photography, this was an excellent spot for sunrise and sunset pictures. Airstream is in an ideal location where you are far enough from everything but close in reach. We will come back again! Thank you Sarah!
This was such a fun spot to have for the weekend! The location is in the middle of nowhere (yet everything!) Was great to be able to wake up to that scenery. Went in late January and stayed super toasty with the heater. It is not luxurious by any means but I'm assuming if you're hanging in the area that shouldn't be your main priority anyway. The only downside was that the mineral bath wouldn't stay hot long enough to fill up but I'm sure if used in Spring or Summer it would be totally okay. I will definitely be booking again.
This is a review of the Boles Aero caravan because when I came in at night I couldn't see the markers to get to the Airstream, so I ended up staying in the wrong trailer. That ended up working out fine, and Sarah was very communicative. I was there to see Joshua Tree and didn't realize this location is over an hour away from the Park Blvd (Yucca Valley) entrance to the park, at least with Saturday morning traffic. Second, I am a very small person (5 ft tall) so the size of the Boles camper was fine for me. However a larger person might have difficulty with the shower, toilet, and outdoor hot tub. I was glad to have these amenities for a last minute trip, but in the future I will save some money by planning ahead and camping.
