Description

"Grab a spot at in-demand Soquel Campground, a foresty little hideaway with opportunities to bask in the majesty of giant sequoias and break out the dirt bikes and ORVs while you’re at it. Nestled deep in the arms of Mother Nature, this pocket of Sierra National Forest cranks the wilderness factor up to 11, bears and mosquito bites included, so take precautions and store your food with care. The campground provides vault toilets, campfire rings and picnic tables, leaving the rest up to you!"

Highly recommend this quiet, creekside campground with large sites. No RVs. Also need to bring your own water. Campground is peaceful and has a great host. Gives excellent directions for swimming holes, Sequoias, etc. Gave us all the free firewood we could us

Nice when not crowded; right on stream. Good fishing. Trail runs along creek to next campground. Nice dogwood, snowplants, corn flowers and azalea in the spring. An osprey hunts in the stream right near camp.
