I grew up in this area. It’s a beautiful country and a must-see. I was fortunate enough to acquire this property last year. The property has been let go for the past 30 years. This has allowed a variety of wildlife and native and nonnative plant life to thrive in this small one and a half-acre parcel. It’s just minutes from Patrick’s point park and you can hear sea lions throughout the day, evening, and night. Three different species of blackberries are throughout the parcel and very good to eat. They fruit off in late July/August There is a rear plant in the north east corner of the property that will get a wildlife fence that surrounds it at some point in time. Please stay out of this area. Above all, enjoy yourselves and the beauty that surrounds the north coast.

Sea Lion Gardens
Cut down the grass, bushes, etc. no where to even walk let alone set up a camp site for the night.

Sea Lion Gardens
It is literally right off the road behind a gate that has a "Private Property" sign on it. It does have a cute bench/ chair area. However, the grounds are not maintained, at least when we arrived. The grass/ weeds were past our knees and made walking around super annoying. We did not stay- we went to a campsite down the road. It is a great location to Patricks Point State Park...

Sea Lion Gardens
I enjoyed my stay at Sea Lion Gardens! The land is RIGHT beside a RV park, but the trees made it feel surprisingly secluded. While I didn't meet Oliver in person, he was very helpful and prompt to respond to any of my questions. It rained quite a bit so, I didn't camp outside/take advantage of the firepit, but the property had a great space for both. Patrick's Point is less than a mile down the road and definitely worth the trip! I would definitely stay again!
