The directions on the site were not accurate. The map took us to a sub-urban neighborhood. We wasted our entire afternoon trying to find the site and couldn't. In the end we ended up staying at a KOA. We did go back to search for the site and found it the next day but it was nothing like what the website said. I would not recommend this site to anyone. It is not at all private, it is an empty lot next to a slow water body. I would not even call it a river. There were no tables or any other amenities.

Not sure how many passed through the site before us, felt kind of like we were the first. We were there by ourselves which was kind of cool. Pretty much primitive camping, which was fine, but just might adjust: a) the price (I booked last minute on a holiday weekend but other comparable sites weren't charging as much); b) the directions to the campsite (address given doesn't appear in Waze or google map); c) would recommend having all wheel drive. The land wasn't marked at all so I just pitched my tent wherever I wanted. This might be a problem if more than one party is there. Owner was very responsive by emails/texts though no meet/greet (which is fine for me), no reception once in the site. The sites main attraction - the river bend is a nice spot to go swimming or even bring a small kayak/tube.
