If there’s a scale of 100 to rate this campground I would give 120/100. This place is spectacular with warm host and off-road routes. Nicholas will take a great care of you.

Seems like it would have been a good combo of remote yet near city amenities. We arrived at night and were not able to find it. So make sure to arrive during the day! The land is beautiful and it is a convenient stop otherwise.

We didn’t stay the night due to the host being very unprofessional. He came to camp very obviously under the influence and refused to leave for some time after asking for more money and personal items. Horrible experience. The group just felt it was an awkward situation so we left.

Hi henry sorry about your bad experience i can refund your money if you message me ill send it over right away. Fyi He was not supposed to have alcohol. He was here under my sobriety camp program. I was helping him get on his feet. If theres anything i can do to make up for it. Please let me know. This camp is the one thing that kept us afloat in these hard times. It keeps food on my table and i can help others around me. Please dont let this bad experience put a bad taste in your mouth. My deepest apologizes Nick camp mirage.

We ended up packing up our tent and leaving before nightfall because we felt uncomfortable. One of the men working there was drunk and pestering us. We were two women together and did not feel safe.

Im so sorry about your experience. My worker was not supposed to have alcohol and one of the other campers gave it to him. He was here under my sobriety camp program. I had no idea this happened. I sent you a refund and once again my deepest apologies. This camp is the one thing that has kept us afloat in these hard times. Happy camping

Nicholas was a great host, nice guy. My spot was tucked away and was as private as I was hoping for. Beautiful dessert terrain surrounds you and the nights are even more amazing.
