The vibe at Furnished Glamping tent
If you stayed here and have some insider info for us, let us know!
The Glamping tent is awesome! We loved the decorative details inside, from the beautiful vintage rugs to the cozy string lights. Inside, there's a queen and twin sized bed and two chairs. Outside, there are two chairs on the porch and a picnic table below the platform. The tent is in the center of the property, close to the swimming pools, communal bathroom, and cob kitchen. The creek separates the Glamping tent from the main camping area.
There are a few pools, including one that's non-chlorinated and instead filled with mountain spring water! The poolside grill is where you'll check in when you arrive. They have lots of tasty treats, like the freshly squeezed lemonade which is perfect for warmer days! If you're looking for a communal camping experience, look no further. You'll be enjoying the great outdoors with plenty of other families at Pine Grove Cobb Resort :)
Great place to stay to explore Lake County! The tent is not "upscale" glamping, but it was nice to not have to worry about pitching a tent, to have comfortable beds to sleep in and a big front porch. Remember to bring your own towels, sheets, and blankets. Though it gets hot in the daytime, Cobb Mountain cools down a lot at night which is great for sleeping. It was a convenient location for us to do some hiking, wine tasting and to check out the lake, but it would also have been easy to just stay at Pine Grove all day to enjoy the pool and the creek.
We had a nice, relaxing weekend in the furnished glamping tent. The tent was spacious but really cozy! Be sure to bring your own towels for the pool area and showers. Heads up, we went at the end of September and both the big pool and poolside grill were closed. We were told it opens in the summer. The spring-fed pool was accessible and where we spent most of our day.
Great glamping experience. A bit more populated than we had expected. The pool attracts a lot of visitors but once the pool closed at 6:00 the place was quiet and peaceful. The accommodations in the tent were lovely, cozy, and chic. We did not meet Joe the host but Olivia greeted us warmly and was full of helpful information. We would definitely recommend to others
The glamping tent was adorable, well appointed and very cute. However the campsite itself dirty and so was the pool and honestly looked like more of a transient shelter than a campsite. Was also disappointed that it was right of the road and very loud. I was traveling with young kids and was nervous all night long. Couldn’t wait to get out of there.
