Peaceful Meadow Under Trees
Un even ground and not easy to back in with a trailer. Good location though, very warm due to the tall trees around the spot.

Worked for Us
This spot was exactly as the host described it- so no surprises. It worked for us because we had a small enough RV (23'). The space is indeed level (enough) once you turn off to the spot. Our vehicle was all wheel drive so it was no problem. Folks with bigger rigs probably wouldn't consider this spot to be a good choice. There was a little outdoor table with chairs to enjoy a meal under the trees, but they weren't clean and we didn't have old towels with us. We were just too tired from our drive to do clean up first thing anyway, so that didn't work out for us. Not having cell service wasn't ideal, but we were busy with a wedding event and didn't spend alot of time there. It would be problematic for anyone who needs cell service, but we just needed a place to park for a couple of nights and forested areas beat parking lots any day!

Quiet spot under the trees
Very easy to book, as well as easy to find. it was a quiet, peaceful spot. Hosts were responsive and nice ! The water hookup was not working, and we didn't have access to any wifi to inquire about it on the last day, but luckily we had a bit of water left in our camper to make it to our next destination. This location is directly off of a road to some homes, occasionally a car will pass by, but it didn't seem to be an issue. Our camper was somewhat sound-insulated. The trees offered shade, keeping the camper cool during the days. I would recommend this spot.

Kimberly was kind enough to let us tent-camp last minute on this property. It's super close to Nevada City, and on a really beautiful little piece of land. We had a lovely time!

A peaceful spot!
The meadow was so quiet. We saw maybe two cars while we were there and it was close to town so we could ditch our camper and then go explore.
