Well! What a happy surprise! Couldn't ask for better for our first hip camp. As we drove up, a gentleman was there to greet us (and literally jogged through a field) to show us exactly where to go. The sites/reservations were beautifully well spaced, and gave everyone a much appreciated bit of breathing room.
The setting feels like you have an entire mountain to yourself, the field where the sites are- opens up to so many stars!!!! And in the morning-some very patient baby goats, and chickens and piggies were down the road to say hello.
The sites were clean (freshly mown, no litter), and I really appreciate access to a handwashing sink. Gracious, welcoming, well organized, and a bit away from the crowds- Thanks so much!

The owners are wonderful people and couldn't have been sweeter; however, they are brand new to hosting and definitely need limitations on the size of RVs, because our 36' vehicle was very difficult to maneuver in and out of the premises. With a little more time they'll be ready to host more RV people.

Thank you for staying with us. Sorry about the tree that was on the way when backing out of your space. Martin, trim the bushes and the tree that was in the way of you backing out of your space. He also took your advice about the other trees in the path timing them high enough for the RV to have better access to the property. Thank you, hope to see you next time.

We loved our short stay and our toddler loved all the animal babies. Goats roaming around the land were a nice bonus!

Escape to ranch style relaxation

Beatriz and Martín were incredible hosts providing a warm and welcoming experience at their beautiful ranch style home. Campsites are nestled along an extremely large green field dotted with yellow flowers providing a spacious setup with privacy from the other guests and the house itself. Each morning you awaken to elegant cocka-doodle-doo’s from the many roosters and chickens who live onsite. Such a beautiful experience. Shortly after, the hosts open the gates to allow their sheep and goats to graze on the large green field. You may be lucky enough for them to roam up to your campsite, and if not, you’re more than welcome to go down to them. They have the cutest miniature piglets who run around their playpen.

On our first day, Martín came back from a hike offering us a bundle of sage that was freshly picked. The smells filled the space. On our last day, our hosts were nice enough to share freshly laid eggs for our breakfast and even invited us to walk around their private garden.

There is a restroom within the house that you are free to use. It is somewhat close to a major road, but the sounds from the ranch drown out any issues that may pose.

Overall, this was an unforgettable experience that I would recommend to anyone seeking a unique getaway. We hope to return someday soon!

First of all I want to say thank you to our hosts for making this trip extra special for us, as being so welcoming, easy going, friendly and even a complimentary home made organic cheese. :))
We went with our 35 foot RV and it was very easy to park anywhere in the farm ground.
We got a tour of the farm and bought some Eggs (dozen for $10) and vegetables, of course cant get any fresher or organic than this, cant wait to go back!

Beautiful spot. We loved watching the goats and piglets. Hosts were very sweet and checked in on us. Easy 40ish min drive to Whitewater Preserves which was a nice place to cool off during the day. A little noisier than we expected from nearby roads, but other than that our stay was wonderful!
