It was challenging to find at first but the host was very communicative and helpful and directed me to the site. Served it's purpose as a low thrills place close to Joshua tree.

Nice and open! Brought my old dog with me and he had a blast exploring. Stayed for a night to get away for a bit and this was the perfect location for that.

Mac loved this place!

Definitely my favorite site so far! The berm kept it private and it’s a great place to see the stars.

Super awesome campsite. It is on open land and we stayed at campsite 6 on the other side of the berm. Plenty of space to park your car and set up a tent, table, two burner propane stove, and two coolers. Brian was very quick to reach for any concerns or questions. Would recommend this to friends and family. There was another couple staying on the other side of the berm and we could hear them clearly. Which was not too big of a deal for us.

A great little spot outside of Joshua Tree. Beautiful 360 views from sunrise to sunset. You will hear traffic from the road, but definitely a great find. I've never appreciated a fence before as it was a nice way to have some shade in the dessert sun. Greatful this place was open as most camps are currently closed.

Loved loved LOVED this spot. Directions on getting to the site are perfect. The berm shields you from the road for privacy/quiet, and the wooden platform for the tent was an awesome feature after our many previous nights of camping on uneven ground.

The sunset was spectacular, and there was a nice breeze while we were there, so the temperature was perfect. It even freaking smells nice, must be some of the desert plants growing nearby.

It does get hot in the morning when the sun starts hitting the tent, so we got on the road pretty early. And although the site explicitly says no open fires, there were a couple ash pits on the ground, so I guess previous guests couldn't help themselves. Overall a magical spot, would be thrilled to return. :)

Amazing sunset. Found on the ground. Apropos for 2020.Open desert, bright stars site #6

I loved the site! It's literally in the middle of nowhere but perfect for solitude and reset. The camp is kept clean, just like I expected and there were no surprises. The location was a little hard to find but Brian responded right away and I was at the location within a few minutes. Will definitely come back for another reset.

The spot is as private as advertised and the 360 view of the sky at night is amazing! Brian was also incredibly responsive and helpful in making our stay a good one 🙂
