The ultimate vacation experience awaits you in the magical surroundings of California's Central Coast. Anticipate the magic that most people dream of as you climb Noel Way road and arrive at the Hilltop Estate on top of the ridge overlooking the Pacific Ocean. As the road turns into our property the mountain opens up to an unbelievable sight of southern Big Sur and the rustic terrain that hosts all native wildlife of California. Get back to the simple life and relax amongst the native oaks, sycamores and maples that only one can describe with experience.
Take a break from the every day hustle and bustle to watch the ultimate sunsets and star gazing. Take a guided hike to spectacular ocean viewpoints. Three miles up rural San Simeon Creek rd. right off highway one just south of Hearst Castle. Live the simple life in luxury by visiting our exclusive and unique, hilltop estate and garden getaway in the mountains.
Glamping tents are going live June 15th for companion use rental feet from this house. They will accommodate up to 10 in each tent priced from $185 per night.

Our entire pet-friendly home & enjoy designated trails for hiking trails & wild crafting, bird watching, and see wild deer, bobcats, turkey, and occasional animals from Hearst Zoo that are now native. Sustainable farming classes for adults & kids, foraging walks with our staff. Can house weddings, yoga retreats and sleep 75 on 5 homes, glamping etc.

A few notes of advice to those who use this property:
Buy your groceries and supplies before checking in, so that you minimize the number of trips to/from the main road. There is a local market Cookie Crock
The farmer's market in Cambria has excellent produce.

The temperature can be very cool at night (50-55F or 11-14C during our stay in early August), so bring appropriate clothing.
Driving the private roads require attention and caution to not exceed 10MPH. The drive is amazing- there are cows on the Hearst ranch, which you will drive through. Always better property to arrive in the day/ eve if possible.
There is active wildlife through-out the property
No open fires or fire pit usage of any kind
We recommend that guests download the app Viber, that will enable you to get & receive calls & texts over the wifi. Since cell service is spotty.
There is 1 estate adjacent about 150 yards away to this so be mindful of noise outside after 10. Inside not really an issue.

At the foot of the Big Sur Coast at the start of the Best Wine Country in the California according to Susnet. Nestled amongst the shimmering sea on the Central Coast.
