What a great spot to camp! It was better then I could’ve imagined. Beautiful views and George is a great host. He is super mellow and gave me some hot springs suggestions and they were fantastic. I would recommend this spot to anyone who is looking for a great Cammy spot. We will for sure return
This was an amazing camping location! No noise or light pollution, beautiful views for sunset/sunrise and star gazing. Was easy to find and nicely maintained. The owner was great at reaching out and leaving us some firewood for the night. Really glad we took him up on sleeping in one of the cabins on the property for the night, we were warm and comfortable. Can't recommend this place enough! Looking forward to going back!
This was a wonderful camping experience. The hosts are friendly, helpful and fun and the campsite and views are incredible. The area is amazing and there is so much to do so close by. Mono Lake is a hike away and Yosemite National Park is only a short drive from the campsite. I would highly recommend this camp for anyone who wants a fun and unique camping experience in an amazing area off the grid.
Incredible experience - hidden gem
We arrived around 8 in the night. George provided the address and google took us straight to the place with no hickpus. This site is a hidden gem with extra-ordinary views of stars during the night. It got very cold during the night and the hosts helped us with preparing the firepit. It is better to check with george and be prepared with extra blankets/thermals. In the morning, we were greeted by beautiful view of mona lake surrounded by snow capped mountains. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.
PS. Potable water didnt taste good for us.
