Located 16 miles outside of Nevada City in the Sierra foothills I have a 160 sq. foot tiny house Gypsy Wagon with an outside shower and outhouse in a garden setting under the oaks. Occupancy is for 2 people. Minimum stay of one night Located in between the South Fork of the Yuba River and the Middle Fork. Close to Oregon Creek swimming hole with picnicking and covered bridge. Malakoff Diggings State Park close by. Historic Nevada City half hour away with restaurants and shopping. Located just off Hwy 49 on the way to historic Downieville.

      Gypsy Wagon Tiny House
      I loved our stay in the Gypsy Tiny House. I felt welcomed as soon as I booked our stay. The hosts were wonderful-easy to communicate with and even left a sweet welcome bag filled with goodies and home made balm. The house itself was so cozy and welcoming. There are books to enjoy, a sweet hammock, and a comfy bed. The Gypsy Tiny House is a wonderful place to get away!

      Super sweet little wagon! Cozy inside and we loved the homemade balm :) Favorite part was the outside hammock/seating area and the outdoor shower. Although do not recommend taking one when it’s windy outside!

      Magical getaway
      Absolutely beautiful and calm energy very private little get away ! The house itself was magical clean and cozy . We visited Oregon Creek about a 5 min drive from the property spent the day swimming and canoeing with amazing people we met ♥️ Highly recommend this unique Gypsy house the memories built will stay with us forever !!!
