Welcome to our beautiful piece of Heaven on the bank of the Klamath River. Surrounded by National Forest, you'll enjoy nearly 500 feet of relaxing river frontage on our small family farm . Large shade trees provide the perfect cover for fishing or just relaxing along the river's edge. The Klamath River is known for salmon fishing (must have a California fishing license) and kayaking adventures. We have a small hobby farm with goats, chickens, guineas, cows, pigs and a dog and cat. Pet, feed, and visit our well-tempered, furry friends.

Other additional fee options include:

-Firewood bundles available upon request ($5),

-Inflatable kayak rentals and guided kayak tours are offered for up to 6 people (perfect for beginner or intermediate kayakers!)

We offer three (3) LARGE riverfront campsites on the lower level of our property (sites #1, #2, #3) which offer campfire pits and electricity (must bring your own extension cord), and two upper-level campsites (#4, #5) set back from, but overlooking the river.  Due to increased fire hazard, campfire and electrical amenities are not available at sites #4 and #5 , however campers at these sites will still have access to a "communal" riverfront area of the property on which there is a large, rock campfire pit available for use.

Beautiful river property. Michelle is very friendly. Sites 1 and 2 are the best. Site 3 had a mucky bank. Sites 4 and 5 do not have a fire pit, a communal pit is offered. Sites 4 and 5 sit off of the river with a small communal area to wade into water next to the communal fire pit. The price for sites 1-3 are worth it but not 4 and 5 which are closer to the road and traffic noise.

Pros: A truly beautiful spot by the river on a little farm / homestead owned by some very lovely folks. The river is perfect for swimming and they've made a lovely little "kiddie pool" that we never wanted to get out of. There are also a few farm animals that the hosts will introduce you to and let you pet and feed, which is a huge hit with kids.

Cons: we stayed in one of the two spots further up from the river and these spots are definitely not as good. No direct/ personal river access and unfortunately I was smelling the out house all night long 🤢. The worst thing, though, was that the night we stayed there, the three river front spots had been booked by a huge family group celebrating a 40th birthday. They were ridiculously loud, blasting their music and singing along with it literally all night long. We finally went and asked them to turn it down some time after 2am, but they turned it WAY back up at around 4am. As far as I know, the hosts (who live in a house just about 150 feet away from the sites) never went and asked them to quiet down.

Of course, one of the great things about hipcamping is that large groups can camp together like they maybe couldn't in a regular camp ground, and of course the hosts should be free to welcome any guests they want to, but in my opinion they either should have not rented to us knowing that they had a big party group coming the same night (in other words, if one group books all three river-front sites, take down the listings for the other two sites), or they should have done more to regulate the sound at night so that all their guests could be comfortable.

Great place to stay for a few nights on a family camping road trip. Really hot weather but we all enjoyed cooling down in the river. Great access to the surrounding wilderness - saw lots of deer nearby and a bald eagle. And the farm eggs were delicious.

The hosts are incredibly warm and welcoming, and the camp grounds are well spaced (lots of privacy). The river is beautiful and the farm animals are too sweet for words. It was such a great get away. We spent the evening watching shooting stars and the morning eating the farm-fresh eggs while petting baby goats. We loved it!

Sites 1&2 are by far the best. A lovely piece of land and gracious hosts. Make sure you bring everything you need though, it's quite remote!

Purely His Farm was our first Hipcamp experience and fortunately (or unfortunately) it was such a lovely experience that it might have ruined other sites for us :-)

Matt and Michelle were friendly and welcoming and the site was everything as advertised. We ordered wood and ice and both were readily available when we arrived.

In terms of Covid considerations, the site was well spaced and we felt very safe. The toilets were very clean as well.

We would absolutely stay here again and recommend Purely His Farm to everyone.

Michelle was an awesome host. She welcomed us, brought us fire wood and even took our kids to pet the farm animals. Our camping site along the Klamath River was spot on coupled with a fire pit. We will definitely be coming back!

What a beautiful spot. The sound of the river right next to our tent was the best. Loved the farm animals and being able to feed them. Awesome hosts

What a great spot! I've never camped so close to such a fast moving river.
We put up our hammock up right away and took a little nap listening to the river. What a great way to unwind after a 6 hour road trip.
We had campsite #1 and enjoyed a private fire right by the rivers edge. There was a drop off spot for kayaks or rafts about 2 miles up river and we spent the days rafting right up to our tents and splashing in the water. I definitely recommend tevas or some kind of river shoe. There were a lot of rocks in the river and it moves pretty swiftly. Our feet got a little cut up.
We brought our dogs and they had a blast cruising around. I was a little worried how they would react to the farm animals since they don't have much experience with horses....but the horses were great and Michelle even took the time to let my daughter and nephew do a meet and greet with the animals.
After being trapped in the house for the last couple of months and not feeling safe to go anywhere, it was so nice to be outside and relax for a few days.
Thanks so much Michelle! We will definitely be back the next time we get this far north.
