Bucket Pond is easily forgotten at Mendocino Magic because it is nestled in a large blackberry bog and provides a secluded and private shady campsite for Hipcampers delight. You'll drive up to the Mill Pond parklet to unload gear and use handcarts to roll your campsite out on flat grassy ground. Trails around the ponds and to the reservoir make Mendocino Magic's lanai and lower camping areas a playground. Grill and lounge with friend at the stage or set up your own music and dance under the stars.

This is the Dome Camp - Bucket Pond has a 16' diameter mesi-truncated icosohedron dome built from PVC and shade cloth. There is no fire pit at this camp, but it's a "great place to chill".

Bucket Pond Camp is a five minute walk from a porta potty and cold outdoor shower. If you need electricity to plug in your phone or charge up your speakers before hitting your private swimming at the reservoir, you can plug in at the stage and lanai.

Extra people are welcome and it will be an additional $30 per person per night to be paid upon arrival.
